Instruction

Registration, authorization, password restore
If you already have an account, please, log in. Enter the login (your e-mail) and password. If you don’t have an account, please, get registered.
Registration. Please, enter your email then enter a password (use only Latin letters, and digits; at least 8 characters). Confirm the password and click "I'm not a robot". Press the button "Create a profile".
Upon successful filling of the fields during registration, you will receive an email with an activation link for your account. Follow the link.
After successful activation, you will see the message "User activated" and then automatically pass to the authorization page.Enter you login and password. Log in.
At any time you can change the language of the webpage. The selected language will be your default language in the system.
If you have forgotten the password, you can restore it by clicking "Forgot your password?" link on the authorization page. You need to specify your login (e-mail) in the system and request a link for resetting your password by clicking the button "Restore password".
You will receive the link to your email. Follow the link to change the password.
On the page for entering a new password, specify the new password twice (use only Latin letters, and digits; at least 8 characters). Press the button "Set password". Then, go to the authorization page and enter the email and the new password.
After authorization you will get to your personal account to the page for adding groups of establishments.
Settings
Go to the "Settings" section. On the tab "Access to the site" you can see and change the data for entering your personal account.
Before adding establishments, it's necessary to choose the main currency and default language in the tab "Personal data" of the section "Settings". When changing the default language, the interface language will change as well.
Restaurants, group of establishments adding
Go back to the "Restaurants" section. In order to add an establishment, first you need to add a group of establishments to which it belongs. The name of the group and the main picture will be visible in the list of restaurants in the app.
In the list of restaurants in the application, users of the app can see the information on a group of establishments: its name, main picture, the possibility to place an order via the app. Information on the average bill is taken from the nearest establishment to the user of the app.
Group of establishments adding. The "Name" field is mandatory for filling. You can specify the name in your language and also add it in English or in transliteration. Enter the description of the group. The "Translation" button adds automatic translation of the description into the available languages. The option button "Dishes in augmented reality" is needed to indicate whether the group of establishments has dishes in augmented reality. The option button "Food ordering" is needed to indicate whether the user of the app has possibility to send an order to the group of establishments via the app.
By clicking the "Translation" button, the original text in the default language will be displayed. To translate it into the other languages, you need click the "Translate" button.
After clicking the "Translate" button, the fields with automatic translation of the original text into the other languages will appear. If desired, you can edit the translations by your own. Then, click on "Save" button, and you will go back to the group of establishments adding.
Group of establishments adding, the "Pictures" tab is necessary to add the main picture (it will be shown in the list of restaurants in the app). The main picture in the profile header has to be in jpeg/png format. Recommended size: 1080x580, not exceeding 3 Mb. You can clear the field with the main picture by clicking on the red "X" in the upper left corner of the picture. The "Gallery" field is the common gallery of pictures for all establishments of the group. These pictures will be shown the "Gallery" section of the profile of establishment in the app and will be common for all establishments of the group. Multiple pictures are available for loading: no more than 40 files, png/jpeg format, 1080x580 pixels, with total size not exceeding 36MB.
The "Gallery" section in the app: here are the pictures common for all establishments from the group as well as individual galleries of pictures for each establishment which is the closest to the user of the app at the moment.
Group of establishments adding, the "Order" tab. If the option button "Food ordering" is active, then needs to fill in the fields for possibility to receive the orders made vie he app: - Email – specify an email to which the notifications of new orders will be sent; - Phone number – specify a number in the international format to which SMS notifications will be sent. - Telegram ID – the group identification number in the Telegram app for sending notifications to the Telegram messenger. This field is available to the administrators only and filled in by them. - The choice of payment methods – if the user of the app orders takeaway.
After successfully adding a group of establishments, it will appear in the list of groups. You can edit it or delete it. When you delete a group of establishments, all the input information, including all the establishments in the group, is deleted as well. Click the group name to add establishments.
Restaurants, establishment adding
All its establishments are displayed inside the group. If there are no establishments in the group, then needs to add establishment. Without active establishments the group will not appear in the list of restaurants in the app.
Establishment adding. - Enter the name of establishment in your language and add its name in English or in transliteration, if needs. - Enter the description of establishment and click the "Translation" button. Click "Translate" and edit the automatic translation, if desired, then click "Save". - It is mandatory to choose a type of cuisine from the list. You can choose up to two types of cuisine for one establishment. - Choose a menu for the establishment. If you have a ready menu, then you can attach it to the establishment. Without a menu, an establishment can’t be active, thus it won’t be displayed in the list of restaurants and on the map of the app. However you can save the establishment first, attach a menu later, and activate it then.
Specify average bill (optional). The currency is taken from your default settings.
Establishment adding, the "Address" tab. Start to enter a city of the establishment and choose it from the appearing list. It is necessary to choose the city directly from the list. The establishment cannot be saved without indicating of the city.
Entering address - enter the exact address, street name and house number of the establishment. The coordinates are set automatically; the mark on the map shows the approximate location of the establishment. You can move the mark manually - the coordinates will change accordingly.
Based on the coordinates, the user of the app can see the establishment on the map of the app and figure out the approximate distance from him/her to the establishment.
Establishment adding, the "Pictures" tab. Add the main picture - it is shown in the list of restaurants. When the user of the app goes inside from the list, the main picture of the nearest establishment is displayed. Also, there are common pictures for all establishments from the group as well as individual galleries of pictures of the nearest establishment in the "Gallery" section. Requirements to pictures: the main picture in the profile header has to be in jpeg/png format, recommended size: 1080x580, not exceeding 3 Mb; multiple pictures are available for loading into "Gallery": no more than 40 files, png/jpeg format, 1080x580 pixels, with total size not exceeding 36MB.
Establishment adding, the "Schedule" tab. Specify working hours for the establishment. You can choose 24/7 schedule by clicking the optional button "Around the clock"; or indicate working days (check/uncheck) and hours in the 24-hour clock. NB! If in your country the 12-hour clock is used, you can uncheck the "24-hour clock" field in the app's settings: My profile - Settings (gear) - 24-hour clock (check/uncheck). The working hours will be automatically converted into the 12-hour clock in the app.
Establishment adding, the "Contacts" tab. Add the establishment's links to pages on social networks, phone number, website. The link to TripAdvisor is needed for automatically displaying the reviews on the establishment in the "Reviews" tab in the app. All these data are displayed on the establishment's page in the app.

After successful adding of the establishment, it will appear in the list. If the picture is translucent, then it is not active and thus it is not yet available in the app. You need to attach a menu to it and change the activity status. The establishment can be edited or deleted. To go to the establishment page, you need to click its name.
Restaurants, personal establishment page
Personal page of the establishment - here you can also edit all the information, or delete the establishment. The QR-code of the establishment is used in the app to quickly jump to the establishment's profile. If the picture is translucent, then the establishment is not active. You need to check if it has a menu attached and change the activity status. Please, go to the menu section.
If you have a ready menu, then you can attach it to the establishment or add a new one.
Add a new menu. Follow the link "Add a menu".
Enter the name of a menu. It won't be displayed in the app. Click the "Add" button.
After adding the menu needs to add a menu section. Without adding a section, you cannot add a dish.
Add a section. Enter the name of the section and click the "Translation" button. After clicking the "Translate" button, the fields with automatic translation of the original text into the other languages will appear. If desired, you can edit the translations by your own. After that, click the "Save" button, and the "Add" button then.
In the app, the names of sections appear in the "Menu" tab on the establishment page.
After adding the section, needs to go inside the section by clicking on it and add a dish. You can edit or delete the section. When you delete a menu section, all the input dishes and the information on them are deleted as well.
Adding a dish into the section.
Dish adding. - Enter the name of dish (mandatory) - Enter the description of the dish and click the "Translation" button. Click "Translate" and edit the automatic translation, if desired, then click "Save". - Specify weight or yield of the dish (g, cm, ml), and price per dish or item (the currency is automatically taken from your default settings). These fields are optional. - You can change the menu section when adding a dish or when its editing. - The option button "Activity status" is needed to indicate whether the dish will be displayed in the menu of the establishment in the app.
Dish adding, the "Files" tab. Add a picture of the dish. The picture has to be in jpeg/png format, with recommended size: 512x512, not exceeding 3 Mb. The "3D models" section is used if the dish has 3D model and can be shown in augmented reality. Adding 3D models is available to the administrators only.
After successfully adding the dish, it will appear in the section. It can be edited or deleted.
Since the establishment has a menu, you can change its activity status - its main picture will no longer be translucent and the establishment will be available in the app.
Menu
In the "Menu" section, you can separately view all added menus, and see to which establishments they belong to, edit or delete them, and add new ones. When you delete a menu, all its sections and dishes are deleted as well, and the establishment, to which this menu belongs to, becomes inactive.
By going inside a menu, you can add, edit and delete its sections. By going inside a section , you can add, edit and delete its dishes.
Directories
This section is for reference only. It contains all types of cuisine, units, languages, currencies and payment types. Editing this section is available to the administrators only.
Orders
If a group of establishments has food ordering available, then all orders received via the app can be viewed in this section.
An example of the order displaying. By clicking on the order, the detailed information appears. The order can be deleted.
Displaying of detailed information on the order. This information is sent to email, to the group of the Telegram messenger, to the phone number in case when the group of establishment has this setting. Upon receipt of the order, a responsible person of the establishment has to process the order, contact the client by his/her own and clarify the details of the order.
